Oversees our general sales operation. He has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Bristol Community College. He started delivering appliances in high school and over time took over the entire sales department. |

Graduated from University of Rhode Island in 1981 with a B.S. in Marketing. After working in the Parts Department for over 15 years she now oversees Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and all other bookkeeping areas of the business. |

Paul Marashio
Graduated from University of Rhode Island in 1986 with a B.A. in Journalism and a Public Relations Minor. He coordinates delivery schedules and any adjustments to new appliances (i.e. lp conversions, ice maker installations, reversing doors, etc.) All sales personnel have been with us for a minimum of 10 years. |

Yvonne Estrella
Beloved, experienced bookkeeper, has been with us for 32 years and has a memory we all wish we could have. Can access accounts of past customers in seconds when the rest of us would be searching for hours. Manages our payroll, vacations, and benefits with ease along with tracking inventory, pending credits and special pricing. Her friendly, pleasant composure stays in place even with our most difficult customers. |

Jose DeSousa
Our parts manager, has been with us since 1975. Joe's knowledge of appliance repair makes customers feel capable of fixing minor problems themselves. |

Edward Jordan
Has managed the in-house service department since 1987. He is New England Technical Institute Graduate 1977 with a Refrigeration/Master 2 license and 22 years technical experience. Ed works in the field daily servicing from the most difficult to the simplest technical problems, he also operates and manages a service team consisting of three office personnel and four factory trained field service technicians. |
