We purchased a 20 Cu ft Freezer & are extremely happy with it. This freezer is garage ready so we have peace of mind that thru the changes in temperature it will opporate properly. The freezer has a green light showing it is operating which can easily be seen so if anything happens we can very quickly realize that we need to do something. Very happy with the rebates as well. Great value purchase.

We had this freezer back in the day, and after a cross country move with it and finding we had zero place for it in our new home, we reluctantly sold it on the marketplace. Fast forward two years, and we have moved again to a place with room. I dashed right out to get another one. People. You cannot live without this freezer. It is so roomy and fits all the things. Even half sheet pans side by side on a shelf. It is just my favorite. Take advantage of the sales and you can beat the inflation machine. Stock up. Dont worry. If you are trying to decide, consider it a done decision. You won™™t regret it at all.

We were debating between chest freezer or upright. We have only had chest freezers for past 50 years. As we get older we were having difficulty reaching items near the bottom. So thankful for upright versions. We can now see what we have as can organize on shelves and door. Airtight door is excellent feature on this model. We always trust Frigidaire company for our appliances as good quality for the price.

My freezer sounds terrible. I have frost everywhere. I called the service/warranty department and the first company they hired cancelled immediately but we were not informed until they didn't show up. They offered a service company to come on Thanksgiving which is ridiculous. They realized their mistake and offered yesterday Nov. 27 but again no service member showed up or called. Terrible service. Terrible product

I bought this freezer about 2 years ago. Right after the 1 year warranty expired- the green light was blinking, top 3 shelves wouldn™™t freeze and it cost $400 to replace the compressor. About every 2-3 months the green light blinks, top 3 shelves don™™t freeze, and we scramble to find room for food in our home freezers (which there isn™™t much room- and the reason we have the freezer in the 1st place) and throw out at least $50 in food each time. I got a thermometer with an app to alert me about low temp so I have more notice and a bit less food loss. On thanksgiving night, exhausted from hosting, I got another high temp alert. The green was blinking and we again had to throw stuff away and move what we could save. I finally just gave up and ordered a new freezer this AM- cause I™™m not paying another $400 to fix it™"and even then, repeating this problem every few months. It™™a a GE freezer this time™" I won™™t buy Frigidaire again.

My 35 year old freezer that I replaced had deeper shelves. The narrower shelves in the Frigidaire are taking some getting use to but overall I am very pleased with the function and design of this freezer. It holds a lot. I had gotten to where I no longer could defrost my old upright twice a year. I bought a Frigidaire because I have used their products in the past and found them to last a long time.

Overall seems like a fantastic freezer. Very quiet with a lot of nice features. Only thing I am not sure of is the temperature dial. It moves so freely that it feels like it doesn't do anything. Otherwise very good. I Ave another Frigidaire upright freezer that is 29 years old so I am a fan. Never had 1 issue with that one except the light replacement just once!

Died after 3 wks. 6 wks to get it fixed. Worked for a few months then dies again. Another 6 wks for the tech and part. Worked a few months then went to storage for 5 months while we moved. Been plugged in a month, dies again!! Now it's out of warranty! Complete waste of money!! Don't waste yours! And Frigidaire, unless you are going to offer to fully refund me, don't bother with your cookie cutter "were sorry about your experience" message. What I need is $1000 to replace your trash freezer.

We like the freezer it is quieter and more efficient than our previous freezer. It could use one more shelf which we ended up purchasing after installing the freezer because of the large gap between the shelves. It also does not have any way to level it from the rear which made it more challenging to level in our garage. But overall, we are happy with the freezer.
