We received this unit as a replacement for a failed 12v RV compressor fridge. This one is much quieter than the other, which is good in an RV where everything is nearby. It also has better door shelves. Our only complaint is that this unit does not come with a way to lock the doors shut, which is a necessity when installed in an RV. I did find after market door locks that mount in the door hinge mounts so that issue is resolved, but it would be nice if it were built in.

This is one of two refrigerators in my 2021 Keystone Outback 328RL. Best thing about it is that it doesn't run un gas! Hell yeah!

We really like all of the space this fridge offers. However since it has been installed the back of the fridge is constantly freezing no matter what temperature we have it set at. By morning there is always a thick wall of ice and I have to defrost it daily.

Having multiple refrigerators from other manufacturers fail in the first year we owned our new camper, the GE frig was a godsend! It works perfectly! It looks good too! It keeps food and beverages very cold. I've monitored it's temp with a thermometer and it's spot on where it should be.

This is actually a really great fridge if you're plugged into power most of the time. In 10 hours of run time you will use 135 amp hours from your battery. A standard DC 27 battery is only 80 AH. I had to trade out my single DC 27 battery for Four 6 volt deep cycle batteries for a total of 450 AH. Two 6 volt batteries may have done the trick but I wanted to leave my camping options open. Changing to the 6 volt batteries is a chunk of change to upgrade though. Just something to keep in mind if you plan on doing some off grid rving with this fridge.

Eats battery, the rv dealer said it was great for off the grid camping because of its size but failed to tell us the one big DC27 battery would only last 12 hrs even with a 50w solar panel attached.

appears to be a very nice small fridge. It is made in China so durability will be a question for some time as it will have to prove itself. It arrived with a damaged (bent) lower access panel. GE parts cannot provide a replacement. Was told to send it back to the supplier be GE parts. It took me two months to get this one with the only supplier being A.J. Madson.

Replaced the camper fridge, 110v & propane with this 12v compressor style and what a difference! Cools faster and better! Absolutely love it so far. 90+ degree days and everything stays cold and frozen. Old unit could never do that.

Easy installation. Took five minutes to switch doors from left open to right.
Not a scratch on it from being shipped halfway across the country.
Freezer was ice cold in minutes.
