Great on paper terrible in use.

Terrible choice for our remodel While the oven looks stylish and on paper it seems like a good choice. It is a terrible oven. Preheat times are ridiculously long. Expect 30 to 45 minutes to come up to any reasonable temperature. And dont even get me started on the airfry feature that can take an hour to heat up the oven. The app is glitchy the software is unreliable and you cant even remote. Start the oven when you need to without being there to start it. Wait what? Yes remote start doesnt work unless you turn it on and then dont press anymore buttons because it will turn itself off. So if you want to start the oven you have to put it in remote start mode before you leave for the day.

Warranty Repair Nonexistent/Frustrating

Had this double oven installed a few weeks ago it looks great but Airfryer is not working properly. I am giving it one star at this time because the customer service to get it repaired has been very frustrating. I have spoken with the LG folks and used their live agent a few times. I received a RNN 241115004182. LGs customer service ask that I call their subcontractor vendor Axis Appliance Repair which I did. They say they would come Friday then Monday no one has come no phone call no nothing I chatted yesterday with LG and they said Id received a call today nothing again. Theres no way I can escalate this issue with the Chat agents so I am hoping that this review gets some attention. If I dont hear back soon I will be to contacting RC Willey to discuss returning. Help

Frustrating set up

I was excited to replace my old double wall oven with this new LG and especially to try out the air fryer function. I had difficulties with the calibration of the lower oven which was off by about 75 degrees. I think also the rear fan was intermittently not spinning as it should. It was impossible to talk to a human through customer service and I instead spent hours explaining the problem through a chat program three times and getting disconnected twice. Frustrating I have finally figured out the problem but it wasnt easy. The cooking is more uneven cookies cook unevenly on the sheet for example than my old model. The air fryer works great though
